If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Return
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid insured shipping label.
- 2.Package Securely
Place the item in its original presentation box and include all certificates, appraisals, and documentation.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid label to a shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location. Do not use drop boxes.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
